The Lititz, PA-based Saas provider has been enjoying several consecutive years of considerable growth, including a 45% increase in revenue in 2012 vs. 2011. Listrak just revealed that in 2013 the company achieved a 70% increase in revenue over 2012, largely due to a 20% growth in client base and nearly 96% increase in number of emails sent.
In early Q2 2013, Listrak established a second location in Lancaster, PA to accommodate its growing staff, and in particular, its Professional Services team. When the new location was announced, CEO Ross Kramer reported that a 30% increase in staff was anticipated for 2013. Listrak recently, reported, however, that to meet growing demand, the company actually grew its staff by nearly 50% in 2013, including an 88% increase in its Professional Services team.
Contributing to the growth experienced in 2013 was the establishment of a Listrak presence in Australia, which has resulted in a steadily growing roster of new clients, including Educational Experience, a division of Staples; and the children’s toy chain KidStuff.com.au.
