Must-see ads are a huge part of the Super Bowl experience — 79 percent of internet users believe that it’s tradition — and a new study has revealed how female fans plan to interact with these ads during the game.
A Crowdtap survey found that almost four in 10 (37.3 percent) female internet users in the United States plan to tweet about ads during Super Bowl XLIX, which is more than those who will pin the product on Pinterest (26.5 percent) or share a photo on Instagram (23.3 percent).
Facebook topped the poll, with 61 percent of female fans planning to update their Facebook status about the ads.
It’s also worth noting that 43.2 percent will use a hashtag, would will also carry some weight on Twitter.
