How you set up these processes determines how effective your processes will become.

This focus on the process shouldn’t be any different in the marketing department. Agile marketing is a process that dictates how the marketing department runs. This process is carryover from agile development, which in part has the goal of delivering value to users at a much faster pace than traditional development. Both agile marketing and agile development share the key principle — delivering value to users quicker.
